We are experiencing delays with parcel delivery due to COVID19. We post all our packages with Australia Post and have been informed that they are experiencing a massive increase in parcel deliveries. This is causing them long unforeseen delays.
If you have received a tracking number from us via email, we encourage you to check on Australia Posts website here for an update.Rest assured if you have ordered from us, your package will be delivered - It might just take a little longer than expected.
If you ordered over 3 weeks ago, please reach out to us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
